Exercise Class

We hope to begin meeting again soon.


"For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come" (1 Tim. 4:8). It is our belief that the soul carries a greater value than the physical. However, we must not neglect the teaching that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. So, at Southern Oaks, we see an importance in offering physical exercise classes to help guide us in living lives that please God in all areas. 

Dr. Karinda Polk leads this class on Thursday mornings at 10:00 in our Gym. 

Men and women of all ages are welcome to join at any time.
